This was such a great episode. Your views on food and advice about taking control of your health was so empowering! Your advice is gonna help keep me motivated and going to the gym and eating healthy (For example, we're ok with paying for medical bills but not the extra $1 for organic – this is so true! I try to eat as organic as I can and I will definitely think about this next time I'm at the grocery store). I loved the look into your life and getting to see how you go about your day. So glad I found Raw!!

I love when beautiful successful people tell their true stories….even the bad ones. you see realness…this series is called RAW for a reason

You are from Australia, right ? I didnt think that because of the money or the accent, but because of the bird noise on the farmers market it sounded so familiar😂

Hi Ashy, i thought i would have a look through your Raw Videos, i have only been following you for approx 2 months and i am on Holidays from work this week and have a bit of spare time
your description of your relationship with food as a child and teenager has made me realise that this could also be a factor in my life and relationship with food,
i spent my early childhood in foster care and was always well fed and fresh healthy meals were a regular thing on the table
as a teenager i was back home with my mother and food was so different to what i was used to, there was not alot to go around, as a single mother with kids my mum did not work and did her best to give us what she could afford and what she thought was best,
often there was not enough on our plates and we spent a fair few nights going to bed still hungry.
up until i started following you i still always went back for seconds or thirds as even though i was so full i still felt i needed to eat more, plus i would also eat my kids left overs..
i am an overweight 35yr old single mum of three , your clean eating nutritional guide has shown me that you can eat a healthy small portion and still be full..
thank you for teaching me better eating habits
i look forward to watching the rest of your Raw Videos

You're such an inspiration Ashy! I found you through a friend and now I've been binge watching your RAW series. You've motivated me to start walking, working out and just taking care of my body. I love your approach to food and your lifestyle, it's not demanding and you allow yourself slip ups which I think is so important for so many people to see. Thank you for being you! 😘

❤️❤️❤️ really love the take you have on life Ashy.

I grew up the same way. We weren't allowed to leave the table until everything was gone, hours could go by until we finished it then straight to bed!

I absolutely love this episode so much, I loved the message about the relationship with food and how it should be a positive one. Thank you Ashy for the inspiring videos.

florida has no farmers markets nearby where i live and family dollar and walmart and all the supermarkets and grocery stores are sooo expensive when eating healthy. its about $2 a pound for veggies and a bag of kale is $5 and buying for a whole month for a family of 5 on $500 food stamos a month wont have enough food stamps left for meat. the USA is honestly making fast food and unhealthy food cheaper than the healthy foods. and thats the problem with the united states

I feel really sad listening to the beginning of this video, just shows how the relationship with food is learned and influenced by parents. You're amazing Ashy xx

Wow I really loved when you were talking about just because we aren't sick, doesn't make us healthy and how we forget that everything we eat can either help or harm our bodies. Food is way more than just to make us feel full. I re watched that part over and over! I started binge watching all your RAW episodes today and I am loving them! Thank you for being such an inspiration! Especially to this mom of 3 little girls 🙂

You are so inspiring. You're feelings about Taj and work are so normal, just remember you are enough! From what I see on snapchat, he is so happy and healthy, you're doing an amazing job. I appreciate you sharing your wisdom with us ❤ Much love

Ashy,
I was just wondering what farmers market you went to at the beginning of the episode? I really love watching these videos xx

Ashy,
Have started from video 1 and plan on watching them all. Thank you for the RAW videos, it really changed my perspective on your lifestyle. I have a 15 month old myself, but grow up with take away constantly, so I don't know how to cook at 22 years old. How can I change now to make his life better like you want to for Taj.

I love following you – its a slow journey for me but getting my head around health and well being has been easier with your REAL talk and episodes 🙂 You're a legend xx

Hi Ashy, it's taken me so long to find these videos, because I don't have Facebook and didn't realise they were on YouTube! I'm so glad I found them, because they've definitely helped me identify some serious issues in my life right now, especially poor relationships with food and being unhappy in my body. My mum is a fit nutritionist and my dad is morbidly obese, which is as strange as it sounds, as a kid, my mum will spend hours prepping and making healthy food, and then dad will eat 3 x a normal serving, and then make sandwiches afterwards and hand them out to us, so normal to us was just so messed up. One of my brothers has taken after mum, and is really slim and healthy, and the other is 15 and obese like dad. I'm the inbetween child who just can't get it right, I try to eat healthy, and I know what the right thing to eat and do is, but my problem is actually doing it! Or binge eating. I'm sorry for all the rambling, I just find it really helpful to share

im binge watching whilst I work! saw your post about raw on fb today and have not binged 3 eps in a row! loving it 🙂

I really admire you, learning more about where you've come from and where you are now is an inspiration. It goes to show that if you can go through that and end up a healthy happy women then anybody can. I've followed you for years now and I find you really motivating, especially after coming back from 2x hip surgery's and finding healthy ways to eat yummy food that doesn't have gluten in it, as I have coeliac disease. Are you planning on opening any more transformation centers around the country – eg Perth? I love the look of it and would love to be able to workout in one 🙂
