I workout with weights at around 2 pm. I wake up and have breakfast at around 8am. For breakfast I eat oats with a fruit chopped in it, cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey and also 2 eggs with a some red bellpepper and a thin slice of ham and or other times some greek yogurt. I also have a banana at around 12-1 pm, as pre workout. What do you think of these choices, regarding my timing. I mean it is many hours from my breakfast untill my workout. Should I eat more breakfast or maybe more preworkout? Thanks

I don't understand why people still think that you should eat protein high meals after workout and not before. If you eat these 4-5 eggs 2-3 hours before your workout they are not gonna digest emmediately and by the time you finish your workout you will have some of that protein still being absorbed, what matters most is the daily intake, not the timing.
