Dan Campbell I’m interested only in results. Not interested in Guilt-by-Association predictions, based on people that are selected for a positions in the new administration. The results will be obvious, after the Inauguration. In the meantime, we already have pre-inauguration results: TPP is no longer a thing. We DON’T have a Cold War with Russia. The Pres Elect has changed on some of the scary things he said, during the campaign. Abortion and Torture are two of those things. There is some very healthy conflict going on right now, between Trump and the CIA. There is a chance, that he will reconsider our stance on whistle blowers. And that specifically, he will be kinder to Chelsea Manning. There is also a chance, that Trump will appoint someone to the FDA, with a history of supporting Anti-Aging research. Sounds like not a big thing right now, but potentially it is a game-changer. Maybe more importantly than anything, Trump supporters were dismissed, marginalized, stereotyped, shamed – and they still came out in droves. They didn’t allow themselves to get beaten down, or discouraged. I voted for Stein, but I’m proud of those who stood their ground. Edward Brown So refreshing, so level-headed. Just wish there were comparables across the Pond. zac wallace That was one of the most naive characterizations of the election I've heard. lol wacawaca3 Lets give Kanye West a chance of running the country. He might do some good stuff. Who knows, don't prejudge him. Airbloom Amplifiers The damage Trump will do will change your tune. Daniel Luna wackin away are they? Curtis Yue Hey Dave, I was wondering about your camera. Throughout the video it's been making little adjustments to your movements. Is that some sort of automated tripod or something? I'm curious. Tyler M The contractors are whacking away… Prashant Nilkund Dave, a request, bring Nigel Farage on your show. Thanks. devorahacts Sooo, now he's hired an Education Secretary with no qualifications who basically wants to break the system, and a severely racist attorney general who was considered by Republicans to be unfit as a Federal Judge due to his unfairness. Now he's skipping briefings for intelligence meant to get him up to speed and then having his family in on meetings with foreign dignitaries without so much as a clearance. Don't forget the Breitbart guy. Salty Admiral Sorry Dave, but I have to unsubscribe now. Not because we don't agree on everything, but because I don't really believe you are honest with us, not honest about your political beliefs, and not honest about your "journalism". You claim to be liberal, yet your entire program is more or less a mouthpiece for the alt-right and like minded people.. You can not pretend to be a liberal, and then have an extremist as Milo on, and just have him basically rant unchallenged for an hour while you are just smiling and nodding. And there is just something very unbalanced in your prioritises here man. You have a channel almost dedicated to combating PC and SJW's… yet you give neocons, global warming deniers, gay haters, muslims haters and war mongers a clean pass. It's hard to believe you a liberal would be that concerned with, to be honest, bullshit issues like pc/sjw. and not concerned with the very real threat of fascistic tendencies in America right now. Casimir Wojciki lol yeah I'm sure Dave will be able to get Hillary Clinton on his show I would not be surprised if he got president trump they have similar views and beliefs EchoVids2u so if someone advocates for lynching black people should I not call him a racist? Common Dave this is bullshit. EchoVids2u Talk about the alt right neo nazi shit dave Jukka K I have a feeling that Dave will be wrong on this. Most of these people that Trump has appointed so far are a bunch of Billionaires, War Hawks, School system demolishers and baffoons, some of them sounding an awful lot like Mussolini and Hitler. They hate the muslims, want to kick them out or even put them on surveillance or worse and yet, it is very likely that they stay in bed with Saudi Arabia, the biggest satan of them all. Or wait a minute?? Was it the Lügenpresse where i got this information??? Good luck with Trump. Eric Wellwerts (50k4DAFEAT) Amen brother DarkSavantCrusader Dave Rubin for 2020! I'm not an American, but I think lots of folks would vote :P Conner's Computer Camp (C^3) Its super refreshing to hear an opinion like this, all you hear from establishment liberal media is doom, gloom, and fear mongering right up the wazoo. cooliobrando So who actually won the election, Rubin? Who got 2 million more votes? You claim to be pro-democracy, but if you think that the so-called regressive left is a greater threat to democracy than the alt-right, Trump, the Electoral College, then you don't know what you're talking about. Very pretentious. Cody Gaines Well I totally fell for that click bait. carolcheny The election was a huge win for real liberals. We can finally cut off regressives and spank them for bullying people in our names. Jake Morris Have Dave Smith on your show BroTheDude We now have a dangerous authoritarian narcissistic nutjob in the white house… but keep on whining about those SJWs… cause that is the clearly the biggest problem with this country. Kraterlandschaft Dave Rubin's brain has grown so much recently, that his massive forehead can barely cover the underlying raging veins Ziggy You are one of the few voices of reason still left…I can't believe I used to follow TYT lol 113089Drummerboy a lot of these protesters are being paid as well Jonathan Dutra Anyone but hillary is a plus in my opinion. Joe S It's hard to be optimistic with Trump's presidency when he wants to elevate people like Steve Bannon to the white house. Also, Trump is not a good way to fight PC culture. The man has no respect for free speech and threatens to sue people who criticize him. ole kjaer I'm a pervert or tired… or both… I heard it as "they are wankeing away" sorsocksfake Right? From the response, you would think Trump has already started his presidency by personally travelling to Canada and fucking them all to death…Come on nutjobs, at least wait until he's done with Trudeau, Moore and Bieber! Whimsical TV The media will have so much egg on its collective face when we are two years into Trump, and nobody is in a camp. Also, maybe some airports will get fixed. Corrado Pitari What I find problematic about Trump – what I think is causing "fear" – is not that WE don't know what he's going to do, but that HE doesn't know what he's going to do. And the people that he's surrounding himself with don't make me too optimistic either. I hope I'm wrong and you're right, but I just can't get over that gut feeling at times. Dag Andreas Torp "Yeah! Let's give the fascist a chance, what could possibly go wrong?" – Rave Dubin, Germany 1934 Phoenix0000ff Hello liberal here, Your video came up on my youtube feed. I'm really impressed if that speech was impromptu and unscripted. It is my personal belief that lefties as diverse as we are need to get a grasp on the good things of the right. I can totally get behind the idea of respecting individuals and not groups. My life experiences has taught me otherwise, in good and bad. The philosophy though is coherent and good natured to say the least. It's possible somethings are just too complex for one answer and nuances can do us all a little good. About Trump, you see. If you were president I can perhaps get behind you. I have no idea what a Trump presidency stands for. I know it's an exciting time for the right but as an intelligent person I have no idea what is going to happen. One thing I know for sure though. If all the military spending did not make us safe, I don't think Trump can. Logically I can only prepare for a rough ride and hope the better parts of our nature come though. McCain ok, Romney maybe. Trump, I just don't know. Best wishes on your show. Douglas Rieth I am starting to see a trend that these you tubers are making, Chris ray gun, Sargon of akkad, the amazing atheist, Dave Rubin, all of them are critical of the regressive left. I like many others found there criticism to be measured and fair. Now i am seeing that the same fervor that they attack the left for its inequities they themselves are unable to seem critical of an ultra conservative agenda that in many cases is more regressive than the term they coined for the left. You rightfully condemn corporatism on the left, but forget that oil companies like the cigarette companies have paid to promote an anti climate change agenda, a position that trump holds. You criticize Obama for an increase in national debt, but i hear zero criticism about trumps plan to lower taxes, and spend on infrastructure, which would 100% increase the national debt, where are the conservative economists that are screaming at the top of there lungs for austerity measures. You criticize bill for being a rapist, yet in a deposition that is available to the public trumps wife claimed she was raped as well. It saddens me that people live in a full dichotomy of ideas, unable to weigh the veracity of one claim over another. Ian D You're being ridiculous Dave. Everyone but rich white guys will be worse off and the complete collapse of the economy is possible. BEG B. Rubin should just own Frump. He leaned heavily toward Frumpy people and the alt-right with his guests. Now he says the pink-pear-shaped-potus-elect won't be so bad. Own it! If the policies don't contribute to global warming, erode choice and civil rights and decorum, cause a bit of chaos internationally, increase the concentration of wealth, etc. then he can claim prescience and wisdom. Rubin doesn't want to be on the hook for, in this video, specifically advising that Frumpy isn't so bad. But that's what he says after a little bit of ingratiation and misdirection. Anyway, sometimes there's a long-term effect to this. Sorry, I think Rubin owns Frump.
